BIOGRAPHY
The Law Office of Robert P. Santoriella, P.C.
currently maintains four (4) fully staffed offices located in
Brooklyn, Manhattan, Westchester and Putnam County. We are fluent
in Spanish, and Russian and we have departmentalized so that
our attorneys concentrate in specific practices of law.
For the past eight (8) years,
in addition to our private practice, we have been the main
provider firm for the American Postal Workers
Union Legal Services Plan and the New York Metro Area Postal
Worker’s Union Legal Services Plan administered by the
Vincent A. DeIorio Law Firm.
Our firm has become the top
provider firm representing referral clients administered by
Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. Such
clientele stem from the following legal service plans: Pre-Paid
Legal Services, Inc.; Legal Service Plans, Inc.; New York State
United Teachers; United Federation of Teachers; Professional
Employees Federation and the Signature Group whose members include
employees of American Express and Montgomery Ward.
Recently, we were added to the
panel of law firms representing individuals who work for major
corporations involved with Hyatt
Legal Plans. Such corporations include Pfizer, AT&T, Conde
Nast, Pepsi, Pitney Bowes and Lucent Technologies.
We represent a vast amount of plan members in a wide variety
of legal matters in all boroughs of New York as well as Westchester,
Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Nassau, Suffolk and Rockland Counties.
Specifically, we represent members in the purchase and sale
of real property, landlord/tenant proceedings, all facets of domestic relations matters including
adoptions, criminal defense matters, civil litigation including
personal injury and medical malpractice and the drafting of
complex wills and trusts. Furthermore, our firm represents
many lending institutions and has strong relationships with
mortgage brokers who further assist our clients in obtaining
the financing for the purchase of a new home or the refinancing
of an existing mortgage. We also represent builders and developers
throughout all facets of land use, including acquisition, subdivision
and closing.
